A Family Tradition

The company was founded in 1969 by Nicola and Elisabetta Gervasi. Since then, the second generation of the Gervasi family has joined the team to continue the tradition.

In 1970, Anna Montesano, the eldest of the family, became the company's second employee. Today, she is our Human Resources Manager.

Vince Giannini started with the company in 1975. He is married to Josie Gervasi and today serves as the company's sales manager.

In 1976, Bruno Gervasi, the eldest son of the family, joined the team. He acts today as the Vice-President of Production.

Frank Montesano, husband to Anna, joined Gensteel Doors in 1986. Today, Frank holds the post of purchasing manager.

In 1987, Connie Gervasi was brought in. Today, she occupies the post of administration manager.

And last but not least, in 1988 Connie's twin Antonio joined the company. He is the youngest in the family and is the vice-president and general manager.
